If he was my SS, I would love to get some kind of item that was unique to the area he was stationed; I've got plenty of cigars, but no Iraqi snow globes (or whatever it might be)!

I completely agree. If anyone deserves to be involved in this it is one of the guys defending people he doesn't even know. Lopaka if you happen to be my SS I'll take whatever you feel comfortable giving bear in mind you're already giving a heck of a lot.
