I would Just put my finger over it and smoke it. Every so often When I'm carrying my cigars around for work to home to where ever they get a little banged up. I have a large herf box but only use a bag for those times I only have a 5 pack with me. At times it's a pain smoking a damaged one but I have only myself to blame for it.
