I once got a bundle of RP vintage 92 seconds that were complete shit, and the RPV92 is one of my favorite smokes. I've never seen a Churchill Deluxe that I liked. The Te-Amo and the Victor Sinclair Bohemian series cigars I've had tasted like some kind of Dandelion/Fescue blend.
Actually, I found the Churchill Deluxe to be an acceptable cheapie for fishing. At 50 cents per stick, one can't expect much. And I don't feel bad if I accidentally drop it into the creek halfway through. It's for this reason that I would never take a good cigar fishing. Fishy fingers, drops into the water... you know.
