PIG IS a dergatory term for police officers. You can joke with Ken in private PM's all you want, and he can choose to accept it or call you on it. But bring it into public forum, where all kinds of people are watching - then it IS like using the "N" word.

How do you know? You can make a joke out of the LeTourneau thing and what not. Let's examine this. Who was I addressing? Was I addressing you? Was I addressing all police officers? No-I was addressing Ken. What was the context of which I made that statement? Was I serious? Did I state as a matter of fact tha police are pigs? No-I threw in the monikers to illlustrate that I was trying to get at Ken's goat. Yes, throw in horrible test scores about kids or sorided events if you like-I can take it as a joke with smilies and all.

The context of the statement you made was "Just can't trust the pigs" in response to a post Ken made, which was wholly innappropriate to what he posted. I don't know if you are serious, but others are certainly taking it serious. And you obviously were trying to get at least ONE persons "goat". Yep, and ya reeled in a couple of other goats while you were at it.. And you clearly did state that you thought cops were pigs - after all, wasn't that the reason you posted it directed at Ken, whom you knew was a police officer and you were trying to get his goat???
