I have that exact ceramic cutter. I really wish I could give it a good review, but I can't. The ceramic blade itself is great. However the cutter is not designed very well and it always seems to rip part of the cap. A palio or xikar is a much better choice.

I bought a box of Short Storys last week and my buddy pitched in a free Troya and cutter. The Troya was crap but the cutter is awesome. It's a double guillotine made by "Craftmasters Bench". This is the best cutter I now have. It is super sharp with very thin blades and has large enough finger holes that I can actually get my fingers in. I noticed he was retailing it for $9.50. This thing cuts nearly as well as my straight razor.

Thanks for the tip regarding the cutter.

Can you point to where you can purchase it? Did a quick search and couldn't locate by name.

Ive got a Craftmasters Bench Dbl Guillotine as well. Fantastic inexpensive cutter, my local B&N sells em for about $3 each. Only complaint I have about them, is that they dont last very long, the blades dull very quickly. It lasted me about 4 or 5 months. Althought at $3 I cant complain about that. Still worth every penney for it.

But now Ive got my Xikar, so it dosent see much action any more.
