PowderFinger, please don't be offended, but those Petrus Etiquette Rouge Belicoso's are not the best cigars to begin with....they come in bundles...for Pete's sake!

I order cigars from CBID all the time and I admit that sometimes, I get a batch that is less than fresh and flavorful. (ususally when I'm buying something cheap, though).

If you really feel that the cigars are bad; definitely call them up. They WILL replace them. They will require you to send the bad ones back, however (on their dime, though). CBID has always been uprighteous with me.

By the way, I am a definite fan of smoking cheap cigars.....as you can see, I love me the 5 Vegas! and they are cheap as shit!
