I've never had a problem with cigars being too dry from CBid. Maybe contact someone in customer service. From my experience they are extremely helpful.

Ive only purchased from them a handful of times, and never had a problem like that. One cigar in a 5 pack i bought was a little damaged, but still smokeable. I didnt even bother making a stink about it with them. But from what Ive heard there customer service is excellent and should do something for you.

I must echo the sentiments expressed above. I have ordered from Cbid about 10 times now and not had a problem yet.
