Fuck that source...They ripped me a new one on some fake cigars and I got "the letter" on a different order.

I now use a close friends cousin that has a friend that works in the Partagas Factory. I get mine right from the manufacturer.

Is that the one based on the fishing boat? I've heard good things about him.
