Massachusetts cigar excise tax

The most honorable Governor Deval Patrick has proposed
Raising the cigar tax from the current 30% to a whopping 110%.
I have come to the following conclusions.

1) The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is a gaping shit hole.
2) The Honorable Deval Patrick does not smoke cigars, but does give it in the ass.
