Ya know what, I think maybe I did about twenty years ago and when I actually smoked the cigar that was raved about in a "review" and it turned out to be one of the worst cigars I ever smoked, I adopted the philosophy in the quote.

I agree that your taste and my taste probably differ, but having had a very countable number of cigars since I've started I like to have a place to start when I'm looking for something to try. It beats going to the store and picking one that looks good.
