Don't forget to take advantage of that New Home Credit. I believe it's $8k this year and you don't have to pay it back!

I missed the deadline for this year. If it's the one I'm thinking about, you do have to pay it back. It's a 15 year loan with no interest. But I'm sure the liberals will forgive those that get these loans too.
