Sorry to hear about your loss...

Here's a few suggestions - you should find one or more at any decently stocked local B&M:

You have to find a Davidoff dealer, but just about anything Davidoff is fantastic- I particularly like the Anniversario series.

Padron '26 (as others have suggested)

Most Avo - especially their LE lines

    Ashton VSG

Fuente Don Carlos (Also Opus X, Anejo and Hemingway Maduro's, if they've got 'em)

Cuesta Rey - Stanford's Cameroon Reserve

    Good luck on your quest!

Sorry for your loss. I second all the recommendations made so far. You can't go wrong with any of them.

    Sorry for your loss.

I suggest lighting up one of your grandfathers favourites in memory of him.

Sorry to hear about your loss...I lost my father in January and totally understand! Peace to you and your family!

Great cigar suggestions already listed...can't argue with any of them. I am just kind of getting back into them after many years away from cigars....but I am still a big fan of the Cohiba Red Dot...anything from Davidoff...and one of my personal favorite premium cigars...a Montecristo No.2...any of them will fill the bill!

You know, that's exactly what I did, grabbed me a pack of Honey Berry backwoods, and it was fantastic. I pretty much always have a pack of those around for the exact reason of smoking with him and it really didn't occur to me to smoke one right then, but it was exactly what I needed.

...problem with backwoods is I have a tendency to inhale them - actually more than a tendency.
