I modified it a little to use magnetic levitation bearings and an external motor - works great!

Unless they are sitting on the humidifier, you should be okay...although, the weiner spinner sounds like a great idea, I would be cautious if the magnets creating a field that would stop the hunidity from leeching into the cigars.

That might be good though since too much hunidity makes your cigars want to rule the world and ride horses and shit.

    Outstanding!

This is a perfect example of the "thick-skin" that any respectable adult should carry!

Not to be confused with "thick-headed", which is a much less desirable trait!

    You're doing it all wrong.

You need a pebble reactor to power the weiner rotator, and then a fire hydrant to provide the humidity.

Oooohhh..... I hear what you're saying, Kris - but I'd be careful about recommending the fire hydrant humidification option. That does work in cerrtain applications, but the water pressure varies from location to location, and may always not be as consistent as it should be. Electricty has come a LONG way (hence the pebble reactor working well), but water distribution is not nearly as devloped.

I'd stick with pucks, if I were you. They're cheap and easy to use - and you can find them in virtually every sports venue, and most decent bars. The only catch being that woman will not find them in their washrooms...

I have to be carefull when exploring the bowels of my humidors because I have damaged wrappers in the past. My brother keeps his sticks with the cellophane on but cuts out one end flush with the end of the cigar. He claims they get enough consistant humidification through the end AND you can be a little rougher stirring through the tobacco.

Do you guys think it would be better to keep the cello on or off if I use the hot dog rotisserie method?
Smoke em' if you got em'
