ggeise, the Upmann Vintage Cameroons that are out right now are a pretty good smoke if you can get them at the right price. I paid 75 bucks for the Lonsdales in the glass jar.
I got another one in a freebie sampler. Upon close inspection, the wrapper on this one looks good too. Nice and toothy. The first one I had didn't have any tooth at all. It was papery and veiny. From my experience so far, a nice toothy wrapper generally bodes well for the cigar. Some Padron Maduros I enjoyed had a very toothy wrapper. Anyhow, if this one turns out decent, I'm going to chalk up the 1st one as just a single bad cigar.
