I'd consider looking at a couple of the other numbers... 1,3,5 - Both the Monte 2 and Monte 4 are widely recognized cigars. That's good but the downfall is they are of heavy demand which means large volumes are produced irregardless of if tobacco that would normally meet the standard is available.

In poor production years these cigars can become suspect because there is a push to meet demand even if the raw material is not available.
