Actually Bill, there should be a comma after the word, "YOU'RE", and, this word should somehow be shown that you're using it to quote another person. More correctly, it should read: "YOU'RE, you dumbass."

ok goddammit. I'll spot ya'll the comma after the word "YOU'RE," but before closing the quotations. But, since I was quoting the entire phrase I think it should punctuated, "'YOU'RE,' you dumbass." This shows correction from "YOUR" to "YOU'RE".
