I'm awake now. Going in for one more Thursday. Seems like my teeth went to hell this year...Must be getting old.

Take you time healing because that can be painful. I had two root canals pretty close last year.

The best thing was luke warm( almost cold) tea.

If you take hydrocodone with your tea...

I have one more trip to the dentist...Extractions and a brand spanking new bridge. Boy am I excited.

My dentist seems to think my problem is heriditery. My dad and my grandfather had tooth problems when they hit mid fourties.

Brushing and flossing won't stop heriditery.

Yeah, I know the feeling. I am the same way. I had a RC done about 5 years ago. Didn't feel good getting it done, but at least it felt a hell of a lot better afterward! But I hope you feel better and get everything taken care of.

Here here for sedatives for any kind of oral surgery. It's hard to belive that some people get root canals on just novacaine.

I generally have small cavities done without anything at all. I can't stand novacaine mouth.

Yeah, I had my root canal done with just a local too. Same with my wisdom teeth. The thing that bothers me ten times more than the pain is the water/blood that collects at the back of my mouth. I feel like I'm about to drown because I can't swallow. Bad teeth run in my family too, so I know how you feel.
