Take you time healing because that can be painful. I had two root canals pretty close last year. The best thing was luke warm( almost cold) tea.

I have one more trip to the dentist...Extractions and a brand spanking new bridge. Boy am I excited.

My dentist seems to think my problem is heriditery. My dad and my grandfather had tooth problems when they hit mid fourties.

Brushing and flossing won't stop heriditery.

Yeah, I know the feeling. I am the same way. I had a RC done about 5 years ago. Didn't feel good getting it done, but at least it felt a hell of a lot better afterward! But I hope you feel better and get everything taken care of.
