SDVM got beat up when he first when he first came here....basil and bigmac beat up partyguy before he started firing back........we have a problem here and if many of you can't see it,then we're destined for failure...

partyguy was destroyed after his first post. Honestly, what good can come from making your first post a for sale post. He was flamed for good reason. Now, if he would have taken his lumps for his mistake right off the bat, and apologized, then everything would have been cool. Instead he too it WAY too far and started firing back on all cylinders. Yes, we have had our asshat detectors turned up a little high lately, but for good reason. In my eyes he is an asshat with abosolutely no redeeming qualities.

it seemed to be an honest mistake...to which he admitted..basil and mac came at him and he replied in kind....i have pm's from him..he honestly shows to be an okay guy...we're way too quick with the insta-ban....i want to see this board grow..it ain't gonna happen with bullshit like this...

He may have admitted his mistake, but he did it in a backhanded way that insulted pretty much everyone. It would have just been in his best interests to just leave the thread alone and cool off for a bit. It was just like poking an open wound. Nothing good could have come from it.

Basil put it pretty bluntly and sensibly. If he would have followed this good advice, he would have made a great memeber.

You might be able to go some places and try to gloss your backhanded remarks and outright insults and get away with it in the name of your oh-so-sincere search for maturity, sophistication, blah, blah, blah. But here, until you can bring respect to the table coming in the front door, you're in for a rough ride. That's about as polite and clear as it can be stated. So now, apologize to the board, to the specific people you've so rudely insulted, take whatever lumps you still have coming, shut the fuck up and change that nasty attitude of yours. Otherwise, you're not gonna last here.
