I have gone over the whole Midle East Thread and and read it again.

First thing Baka did was say that I started name calling by starting the thread. In reality I just recounted the situaton right after it broke the news and asked what people think about it. Hardly name calling. Neither did I at any point come in and say who was wrong or who was right politically. Even though I do have an opinion politically posting it only cuases problems. I don't understand why can't people just say what they think without generalizing it to the people on this board.

Second point Baka was in fact the first who started the name throwing ( throwing names of people on this board in dirt ) by calling out DVM. Once again you hate or love Bush fine speak up and call him whatever you feel like, hell invite him to dinner if you want bring up facts to stregthen your argument and agree to have different opinions --- that's why we have a freedom of speach and different political parties, just don't call other people on this board names directly just refer to their political parties nothing wrong with that its your opinion but calling people on this board directly is taking it too personal.

Third point: Is BPP my friend yes. Do i think BPP is justified in his actions here in calling BAKA names no. Is he right to start BAKA ban poll sure just like anyone can start one on him. Does BPP have a point that BAka took this one too far yes. Does BPP have a point that BAKA does not post anything cigar related lately yes. Does all this say who is right or wrong I think both in this particular case went too far


Resolution: STOP CALLING EACH OTHER NAMES IT ONLY LEADS TO MORE NAME CALLING

I say put a new rule together: For example pick a volunteer moderator. If anyone calls anyone else a deragatory name the person called has the right to report the problem to the moderator. Moderator will look into the problem and has a right to warn one or all parties to the argument -- sort of a yellow card if you will --- get 2 yellow cards and get 30 day ban for things to cool off; get a another yellow card when you come back = 90 day ban; get another upon return and you have a life time ban. MAy seemkind of harsh but it will resolve the problem

Let the admin come up with an exact definition of what will be considered a violation in this case.

If you don't agree with me fine I have no problem hearing your opinion just please use logic and refrain from deragatory name calling
