I only looked at the last post, but if you want to get technical you only conditionally accepted his offer, and he never accepted your conditions. Therefore, no agreement was made. Business law dude.

Correction - CC did say he would bet "anything" so that would include SDVM's offer of dog rocket's, but the fact still remains that SDVM's offer, or any other offer, was not accepted at any point. So a bet never took place.

What I can not believe is the regular people on this board, the old timers would let this statement go without even so much as a "your way off on this one Barry". I bet CC has never had a complaint about a pass or lack of coming through on a bet. I mean as mad as you all are acting right now I doubt BPP would say that CC has not up held his end in a pass, or a bet, or has a reputation for that behavior.
