funny you mention this... i bought a cutter from them a few weeks ago and 2 of the tiny screws have fallen out. it's still usable but i'll be sending it back once a few more fall out.I like their cigars, but I won one of their Ebay auctions for a cutter and while it is beautiful, I've sent it back to them twice because the tiny little screws holding it together came out and the thing fell apart. Maybe the third time's the charm.

Tiny screws tend to migrate out a lot for some reason. A little locktite fixes everything.

well, i found this site, i'm assuming we are looking for the thread locking stuff, could you point me in the right direction as to what you've got? there are quite a few choices

ok, so i got my scissors back about 2 weeks ago after sending them in for not cutting worth a crap. I've used it maybe four times, and it cut descent. Then I used it today and the freaking handle on it snapped! Just popped right off!
Stainless steal is no match for me.

I am a big fan of Dk cigars and their humidors not thier cutters.
