    Default Problems with Cuban Crafters?

    Hey, has anyone here ever had trouble ordering from Cuban Crafters before? Their website says that they ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving payment, but I placed an order last Friday and it still hasn't shipped. My credit card statement says they received payment on Monday, but according to their online order status lookup, my order still hasn't shipped. I e-mailed them on Wednesday and still haven't heard back from them.

    So, has anyone here experienced a similar problem with Cuban Crafters? Is it normal for them to take over a week to ship an order?

    I've always had great service from them. They may be waiting on a shipment from the factory to get into the distribution center or something to clear customs.

    Give them a call on Monday: 1-877-244-2701 they have a friendly staff.

    Yeah, I was going to give them a call on Friday, but I got caught up with schoolwork all day. I'll call on Monday and hopefully get this whole situation worked out.

    I placed an order online once, and the same thing happened (well minus I was never charged). After a couple days of no updates, I emailed them, and they promptly responded and told me my order did not go through completely, and asked that I call in my order, which I did. Then somehow the both the phone order, and the online order went through, I called and told them, they asked that I refuse the second order and they would give me a credit when they got it back, which they did. I went through this long story to tell you that while it was a pain, they did everything I could have asked for and did it as quickly as possible. Just give them a call, and I am sure they will get it worked out for you.
