I placed an order online once, and the same thing happened (well minus I was never charged). After a couple days of no updates, I emailed them, and they promptly responded and told me my order did not go through completely, and asked that I call in my order, which I did. Then somehow the both the phone order, and the online order went through, I called and told them, they asked that I refuse the second order and they would give me a credit when they got it back, which they did. I went through this long story to tell you that while it was a pain, they did everything I could have asked for and did it as quickly as possible. Just give them a call, and I am sure they will get it worked out for you.
