    Yeah, I was going to give them a call on Friday, but I got caught up with schoolwork all day. I'll call on Monday and hopefully get this whole situation worked out.

    I placed an order online once, and the same thing happened (well minus I was never charged). After a couple days of no updates, I emailed them, and they promptly responded and told me my order did not go through completely, and asked that I call in my order, which I did. Then somehow the both the phone order, and the online order went through, I called and told them, they asked that I refuse the second order and they would give me a credit when they got it back, which they did. I went through this long story to tell you that while it was a pain, they did everything I could have asked for and did it as quickly as possible. Just give them a call, and I am sure they will get it worked out for you.

    I've never had a bad experience with CC, although the sticks usually come very dehydrated. Overall I Cuban Crafters and will buy from them as long as they provide a quality product.

    Great place to shop from. Their Email's a bit slow, but I just call them up anyways.
    A good book, a cigar, and a nice tall glass of STFU.

    I've dealt with them before too and they were extremely helpful. Sounds like some kind of minor mixup.

    They definitely respond to faster by phone. Email not so much. Call them.
