There is no seeking and destroying. Seniority is no excuse to be immediately ignorant to anyone or acceptable because that is just the way it is here. So you can warn me, threaten me, or (gasp) call me names but I will never tolerate blatant disrespect to anyone.

Umm.. If you don't tolerate it, then you shouldn't pass it around as freely as you have in this thread.

Please don't wear your service on your sleeve. Lots of the guys here have served their country and their communities more than you'll ever know.
