Yeah I've been turned down for a DC# to Canada as well. Both times I was told that delivery confirmation wasn't available for international packages but that doesn't really make any sense. I know that DHL and other private carriers do it so why wouldn't USPS? I think they were just lazy/stupid. But that's interesting that you can track the customs number.
