That's exactly what I've been doing since I was 20.... So Yoga is the perfect compliment to my Weight Training. The Yin and the Yang. It really opens everything up, not only physically but mentally too. And the breathing techniques which are practiced also can have amazing benefits.
Actually, I've lost 40 lbs since I started Yoga in January... Hahaha. I was 230 now I'm down to 190
But I've retained my upper body size, and am flexible as shit, lol
