This is a very complex posture. Do lots of core work. Try to find the P-ninety X yoga workout. It helps build strength in all of the common Ashtanga postures and adds balance for heavy lifting. jmho. Kicks your a$$ too.
Sounds like you know a little bit about Yoga:) How long you been practicing?
