He gave me a green receipt (for the insurance) in case the cigars show up, and have been damaged during shipment, then the smokes can be replaced. I asked the guy for a tracking number, but he said I didn't need one since I tacked on the extra insurance. Like I said, he gave me a green slip that has the destination of the package, the amount of the contents of the package, etc....on it

I'm gunna blunt with you. It's your attitude right now that's getting you picked on. Cut it out. Most of the guys on this board are your parents age, and I'm sure you wouldn't act like that to your parents friends.

Now as for insurance, little tip, your not SUPPOSE TO MAIL TOBACCO! Insurance is pointless. How about getting the DC for 45 cents instead of paying the 1.50 you did for insurance. We've been doing this awhile, and know how it works. Trust us, (not the post office, which you just broke the law by mailing tobacco for personal use).

You really don't get it do you. You where wrong and it doesn't matter what your reasons where. On every step of the trade you messed up. You never agree to trade unless you have the sticks in hand. You always keep in contact. You keep checking with the person until they say they got their part and everything is fine. You don't wait to recieve your part unless that was agree upon at the beginning. When a time frame isn't stated it is implied that you send asp. 1 or 2 days at most.

The reason I am knocking you down is two fold. First because you deserve it for screwwing up so bad. In the online comunity you have only one chance to get it right. Issues do come up in trades but if you handle things right everyone is happy. You didn't. Second this lets others know what is acceptable. They also find out what will happen.

When you messed up you should have said you where sorry and made it right. Don't give any excuses because they don't matter now. Don't try to defend yourself because you cann't. You where wrong. Take the beatings. Most here will not deal with you and this will haunt you a very long time. Any time you try to get in Box splits, passes, cigar drafts, or trade people will let others know of your screw up. In time after a lot of hard work it might be let go, but never forgotten.

Sending with out the $0.45 DC number was another screw up. Insurance is worthless with cigars as sending tobacco with out a tobacco license is a no no. The PO will give you a hard time to replace it. Not knowing isn't an excuse.

If you ever want to be accepted back then take the beatings and STFU about it. Sending PM's and defending yourself just digs your hole deeper.

Well I'm about 90% sure that the sarge sent me my end of the deal with USPS Priority Mail. sooo.....


Secondly, I did apologize, and I do know that I screwed up. I have come through with my end of the deal, but people must love drama on this board. I've tried taking the high road and being polite, nice, and politically correct, but it didn't get me too far.

Thirdly, if I was just trying to steal cigars, why would I come back on here, subject myself to the beatings day in and day out, and on top of that send the sarge his cigars? I don't mind getting beat up over it because I DO DESERVE IT.

Like I posted in an earlier thread. I have no harsh feelings towards anyone here, I really don't. I hope that everyone understands that I realize I fucked up. I don't mind taking a beating about the trade, but when you start bringing my mother into it, it really does piss me off, not that you have done that sir, but others have.
