You know what, the kid said he mailed it. I've mailed stuff before and not got on till the next day to PM a DC number. I think you should give him a period of 24 hours before beating for not logging on to post a DC, and yes, I'm sure there's a chance he didn't send it, and if he didn't sarge will be taken care of by me, and some other great BOTLs on this board.
