Ouch, sorry to hear that. Ive been keeping my truck in good running condition because lately its been 105 degrees here in Southern California every day.

I thought it was in good condition, but I've only owned it a month or so. I bought it from a used dealer in Manassas, and it was pretty shady place but I needed a car quick. I only wanted it to run for the summer. I could care less after that.![]()

Virginia Lemon Law Summary
* Eligibility: 3 unsuccessful repairs, or 1 repair attempt of serious safety defect, or 30 calendar days out of service within 18 months.
* Resolution Attempt: Written notice to manufacturer. If 3 unsuccessful repairs or 30 days already exhausted before notice, manufacturer has 1 more repair attempt not to exceed 15 days.
* State has certified guidelines for arbitration. Law specifically applies to leased vehicles.
