Bill - a thief is a thief. There is no change despite the fact they've been caught and punished. No matter how straight they act after returning, there's going to be trust issues for quite some time.

If/when Barry returns he will have to curb his nastiness. There's absolutely no doubt about that. Maybe he'll be able to - maybe not. No matter what - I don't see him being your best friend afterwards. And that's okay - he doesn't have to be.

But - Hex has made it very clear he will be intolerant of continued nastiness. No doubt in my mind, Miguel is very serious about that. So I believe we should wait and see what Barry does when/if he returns. In the mean time - let's get back to enjoying the peace and quiet we have for at least the time being...
