Default Havens for BOTLs Across the US

Haven't seen this posted yet (or I'm just getting old), but I'm always curious where to go if I'm in a new town. Wanted to start a thread about where to go to have a drink and a smoke or a fantastic B&M in your area. Not necessarily your neighborhood store, but a place you go to get the goodies or relax and unwind.

My favorites in the DC area:

    DC:

    Shelly's Backroom - 1331 F St. NW, Washington, DC - 202.737.3003 - Site
Only place left in DC that you can smoke, drink, and eat.

    Northern Virginia:

    Ritz-Carlton (Tysons Corner) - 1700 Tysons Blvd, McLean, VA - 703-506-4300
    At the bar. 'Nuff said.

Capital Grille (Tysons Corner) - 1861 International Drive, McLean, VA - 703-448-3900
    At the bar.

    Just my two bits.
Look at that... I plumb got myself 5 raisins and 7 termites.

WOW, no where in Connecticut except for the casinos

    Fowoods Resort Casino

    Mohegan Sun

In New Windsor (Hudson Valley), New York there's

    Schlessinger's Steak House
    TBSCigars - "On Holiday"

    California:

LaSalle Cigars - 6218 La Salle Avenue Oakland, CA 94611
Full lounge with drinks from soft and coffee to wine and beer. Excellent humidor selection. Friendly customer service, but weird hours in the evenings.

Wow, thanks for the info Mauied. I thought Shelly's was the only place, I didn't realize Ritz and Capital Grille allowed you to smoke cigars (even though it's just at the bar).

I stop by Bailey's in Arlington VA about once a week. Its big, has sports, is cigar friendly, goood beer and decent food.

My favorite place to smoke in Houston (Sugarland TX, actually) is the Smoke Ring, the B&M I frequent. There is another store in the Clear Lake area of Houston that is kind of a brother store. In both locations, lounges with leather chairs and big screen TV, free coffee, BYOB, and lots of friendly guys to herf with most of the time.

If you're in Houston proper, the place to go is 10 Downing Street. They sell cigars, but prices are very high, so you should bring your own if you can. But this is the best cigar bar in Houston, an excellent selection of scotches and fine alcohol, and a limited pub menu.

In South Eastern Michigan, Smokey's in Ann Arbor has a lounge, Rendez Vous cafe is the place where all the cigar smoking students on campus go. The buffalo wild wings here is ok with cigars while in the smoking section.
