Wow, thanks for the info Mauied. I thought Shelly's was the only place, I didn't realize Ritz and Capital Grille allowed you to smoke cigars (even though it's just at the bar).

Just in NoVa... DC smoke ban in effect. Places that I've also been (but not frequent) that allow cigar smoke:

Pizzeria Unos - Fair Oaks Mall - bar
Ruby Tuesdays - Pentagon City Mall - but only after 4PM
Look at that... I plumb got myself 5 raisins and 7 termites.

The Leaf and Bean in the Strip District in Pittsburgh is a pretty cool little coffee and cigar shop where you can smoke. All the little dive bars around me in the booming metropolis of California PA allow cigars, and some of them have some have some pretty good drink specials. (Not that I think anyone will find themselves here)

If you're ever in the Indianapolis area, especially on the Westside around the track, take the SHORT drive West to Brownsburg and visit My Favorite Cigar. It's a B&M with a full bar and the Cabana Room restaurant is attached. Their website: http://myfavoritecigar.com/

So I was in NYC overnight last weekend on business. Thought I'd find myself a place to light up - and other than Club Macanoodle, there wasn't a place that allowed smoking. I stayed at the Intercontinental (nope), went to the W (nope), the Grand Hyatt (nope)... anywhere other than Club Mac that I can go?

Paul, over on CPass there is a tread called: I know I keep saying I have a cool wife, But, she's outdone herself this time which touches on your topic of interest. Here is the link:

In Maryland, I normally smoke in any of the Baltimore Bars. I perfer the Owl Bar, which is in the Old Belvedere Hotel (The Owl Bar was actually around during prohibition and was a speak easy). So far there is no smokeing ban, but it is in the works (it didn't pass in December).

Anyone coming to myrtle beach area email for numerous cigar stores. Nice cigar/martini bar at broadway at the beach. If youre in Mick & Mikes Sports Bar in North Myrtle Beach just ask for Hooper's cigar ashtray and they'll bring it out from the office for you. Huge ceramic Partagas ashtray. And check out Nick's Cigars North Myrtle Beach location. www.nickscigarworld.com The showroom pics are several years old. Alot nicer now and a tap too.

    I know it's an old thread...but still.

Our haven here in Baltimore: Max's Taphouse on Broadway. The upstairs is a cigar lounge open every weekend and some weekdays. Small humidors both upstairs and downstairs. Great people and good food.

    My 2nd home.
