The very existence of flame-throwers proves that some time, somewhere, someone said to themselves, "You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done." -unknown
My favorite place to smoke in Houston (Sugarland TX, actually) is the Smoke Ring, the B&M I frequent. There is another store in the Clear Lake area of Houston that is kind of a brother store. In both locations, lounges with leather chairs and big screen TV, free coffee, BYOB, and lots of friendly guys to herf with most of the time.

If you're in Houston proper, the place to go is 10 Downing Street. They sell cigars, but prices are very high, so you should bring your own if you can. But this is the best cigar bar in Houston, an excellent selection of scotches and fine alcohol, and a limited pub menu.

In South Eastern Michigan, Smokey's in Ann Arbor has a lounge, Rendez Vous cafe is the place where all the cigar smoking students on campus go. The buffalo wild wings here is ok with cigars while in the smoking section.
