I'm in the process of getting things finalized with the other organizers. It looks like we are shooting for Saturday, late afternoon. And we are still trying to iron out the venue. I'll post back when everything is set in stone.

FYI, the times been changed to 8:00 PM. Sorry of the confusion. But apparently the time we picked conflicts with the RTDA kick off event.
