    Or you could have done what I did last time CI didn't want to make good on some sticks that were damaged.

    After I got the packaged and after about 30 mins if being on hold and being transferred around I just told them to send me a shipping label and I'll ship the whole thing back.

    So not only did they have to pay to ship it to me, they had to pay to get it shipped back.

    That sounds like horrible customer service you experiance CJ. I'm suprised since I order a bit from them and never had any problems. It's too bad they don't have better customer service and actually care about there customers.
