All these POS political posts coming on this board have NOTHING to do with cigars. I'm sick of seeing them. You want to post your political view, fine, go find a political board and post your views.

None of these political posts have anything to do with Cigars. They don't help the community. I know I'm pissing people off. However, I also know that there are people that are also not happy. If you want to have a political debate...then have one. However, the discussions here are not debates. They are bashing of other members because “they don't like my views and everyone who is a Rep/Con/Right are all neonazi BS.” Debate...then debate. Name calling...that's not a debate. That's 12 year old BS. Don't like my view, fine.

However, I'm the one that's asking what this BOARDS admin is asking...

And now look where we are. A banning poll. I admit that I almost stop coming to the board because of the all the political BS that was being posted. You may say that it was in the right forum but it did start to spill into some other spots on the boards. I said it once and I say it again...

If you want to have a political debate...then have one. However, the discussions here are not debates. They are bashing of other members because “they don't like my views and everyone who is a Rep/Con/Right are all neonazi BS.” Debate...then debate. Name calling...that's not a debate. That's 12 year old BS.

It's really a shame that we have come to this point on this board all because of one forum. I really wish people would just put down the guns, lite a nice smoke, and relax. I have no doubt that someone is going to bash this post, fine. Bash away.

If you really want to see who causes the biggest problems on CS, you only have to read back through this ban poll thread and ask yourself a couple of questions...

Who really asked for the ban poll? Gee, that's a tough one.

Who just can't seem to let this all go? Again, a real toughy. (hint; answer relates to the first question)

What two bm's (that's board members, don't get yer panties all bunched ) were only able to recruit one other bm to vote with them, and who was it? Jeez, the questions just keep getting tougher and tougher.

George, what does this say about the 19 people who did vote (and remember you cast your ballot too)?
The guys who pointed out that they would refrain from voting (K7, NH, Lopaka) are all great guys who have my respect. I know they aren't the only ones who abstained from voting but they stated publicly why they weren't. My favorite reason is from K7, "I didnt vote just to show I dont give a fuck about this whole bunch of shit."
Anyway, each one of the non-voters listed has made a point to treat me decently during my time here. However, I would never say that they are more or less valuable to this board than the guys that did vote: guys like Sarge, SLC, BPP, CgarDan, Roham, Newf, and Drew have been extremely generous and gracious brothers, not only to me but to a lot of other newb's who have came and stayed. And George, you were the first person on this board from whom I ever received a package. You've probably sent out enough packages that you forgot you even mailed one my way, but it made a lasting impression on me. It was the first lesson I had on how to be a BOTL.



I'm not for or against anybody at this point. What upsets me is I was under the impression that GG, CC, and BPP used to be pretty good friends. Hell, maybe they still are and they're PMing each other having a good laugh about this...I kinda hope so.
But regardless of who is or isn't friends anymore, can we please, for the love of Pete, bury this corpse? It's really putting out an awful stink.
