My club hosted the westside brewsite. We brewed 60 gallons and raffled off a portable swamp cooler. All in all, a great day.

Got my cider going last night. Bubbling once every 8-13 seconds. Is that about normal?

If it's bubbling, that's a good sign! I started some mead and apfelwein last weekend.. Doing 10g of some hefe tomorrow. Hopefully I don't get heat stroke, supposed to be 110* tomorrow =\

It's Simply Apple with about a pound of brown sugar between the 2 jugs. I plan on getting a bigger kit this fall once I get my apartment but still wanted to try something now.
