    That sounds delicious too.

    Here's my granola recipe:

    3 Cups Oats
    1/2 cup Pecans
    1/2 Cup Almonds
    1/2 Cup Walnuts
    1/2 Cup Wheat Germ
    1/2 Cup Ground Coconut
    1/2 Cup Sunflower Seeds
    1 Cup Honey
    1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil

Mix it all together, put it on an ungreased pan, evenly. Bake at 325 for 20min. In the last 5 min, start mixing it on the pan as it cooks out, or you get your desired "brownness" I'll admit, this part is slightly a pain in the ass, but you'll get the hang of it.

I will definitely try that, thanks. I like all of those ingredients.

Dinner was delicious of course. A lot of dishes to clean, but worth it.

Me and a friend needed some dinner before the Black Sabbath show last night. This seemed fitting.

Making puffed pastry wrapped fish fillets today and bylenes (potato pancakes)

This constitutes our fancy schmancy Christmas Eve dinner.

    Today:

Under skin rubbed MICROWAVED turkey breast
    Red Cabbage
    Brussels Sprouts
    Mashed Rutabaga
    Veggie Tray

Leftover puffed pastry fish / shrimp tray / potato pancakes.

And, I too am well on my way with adult beverages.

ETA: Oh yeah, we made some chocolate chip cookies last night for Santa. That mofo reportedly (ala wifey) left crumbs all over the place.
