I think he means "cut and pasted" and since I'm usually pretty lousy at trying to find thing on the internet (I did try and couldn't find it at the time) I asked Sid to please provide the link to where he got it from. Come to think of it Sid, if you "c/p it" you should have provided WHERE you lifted if from so as not to let the readers think it was your own words.
I tried again to locate where Sid saw that and this time I was able to find it, word for word. Sure enough, it wasn't from a polliing company or a newspaper, it was from Kinky Friedman's website. For cryin' out loud Sid, that's NOT a credible place to get an unbiased story on what's really going on.
Now aren't we all shocked and amazed that Kinky would misrepresent the truth on his own website? I'm not, because it's politicians like him (who essentially lie) that give all of the rest of them a bad name.
At the time Sid made the post, Friedman was running fourth out of four candidates based on newspaper stories I was able to find at the time. Apparently there are actually five candidates in the race, Republican, a Libertarian, a Democrat, an Independent and Friedman (another independent)
As of today, I saw a comment on Kinky's own website where it was reported that Rasmussen (a highly respected and reputable polling company) has Friedman "way down."
Only 15 days left an then Friedman's bubble bursts as he finds himself losing this race.![]()
